- To exercise her butt, she follows a circuit from her personal trainer, Nicole Stuart.
Kate Hudson’s idea of Sunday Funday? Showing off her toned peach 🍑 while picking some lemons 🍋from her very own fruit tree.
The Women’s Health cover star, 41, just shared a hilarious post on Instagram, featuring herself rooting around in her bushes to try to find lemons. “When life gives you lemons but you drop them 🍋😆🍋 Always determined to make that lemonade 😅) #sundayfunday #sunsoutbunsout,” the actress captioned the pic.
In the photo, you can see the lower half of Kate (I think) with her butt in the air and her legs stretched out. The Sibling Revelry podcast host has two lemons in her hand, and there’s a whole bucket of them nearby. And, it’s worth noting, her butt and legs look incredible.
“Yoga is paying off!!😂” one fan wrote in the comments. “Nice view 😂😂,” another said.

Of course, there’s a reason why the Fabletics co-founder’s booty and legs look so toned: She doesn’t mess around with fitness. She does yoga, dance-based workouts, and The Mirror on the reg. She also runs on her Peloton Tread and does Pilates twice a week. The Truth Be Told actress even does Pilates on the road.
“I prescribe her exercises at times, but often she uses the series of moves that I’ve set for her in the past,” Kate’s trainer, Nicole Stuart, previously told Women’s Health. “We’ve been working together so long; she has a number of exercises to do that she’s learned from me.”
FWIW, Stuart says that Kate has a “love/hate relationship with butt workouts,” but clearly she gets results. She has a quick butt sequence you can do at home that involves hamstring curls, single-leg hamstring curls, up and overs, donkey kicks, and fire hydrants.
The Almost Famous alum doesn’t ~just~ focus on her booty, though. Kate previously told Women’s Health that her go-to form of exercise is always Pilates. “I love how flexible I get and what it does to the shape of my body,” she said. She also eats well—she’s big on squash or zucchini noodles with chicken, fish, or steak—and drinks a ton of water. “When I’m drinking good water, my skin looks the best. If I had to conjure something up, it would be water,” she previously told WH.
BRB: Gotta go do some donkey kicks.
