Celebrate Pride Month With These LGBTQ Sex Toys

It’s Pride Month, y’all! Not sure about you, but for me, that means screaming from the rooftops how gay I am and making an extra effort to support queer-friendly businesses (not that this shouldn’t be your goal every single day). It’s also a great time to explore new LGBTQ+ things in bed, specifically queer-friendly (or even better queer-first) sex toys.

Sex tech brands have finally woken up and realized their consumers are queer as they come. From Wet For Her to Perfect Fit to Le Wand, there are finally toys that are made without thought to stereotypical heteronormative sexual roles and with queer sex in the forefront and not as an afterthought.

These toys and aids include everything from vagina-vagina sex enhancers — like finger-extenders, double dildos and clitoral stimulators — to strap-on dildos for masculine bodies to amazing butt plugs and, of course, all sorts of fun products that vibrate. Perhaps the most innovative of the bunch are the few toys that are made specifically for trans bodies: female-to-male, male-to-female, and everything in between. Now I’m just waiting for a toy that works for all genitals across the board, which actually doesn’t seem impossible anymore.

Whether you are a rainbow shirt-donning pride parade-lover or stick to the underground parties, drag shows and burlesque performances, there’s something for everybody during this joyous month. So celebrate hard (and safe!) and enjoy the heck out of your month. You deserve it. And now, without further ado, here are a few of our favorite sex toys to get your Pride Month started. Happy Pride, folx!
